Where: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, UK
The 3 Peaks Challenge is an attempt to climb the three highest peaks in the UK, one after the other! Travel to Fort William on a Friday, start with Ben Nevis on the Saturday morning, climb Scafell Pike Saturday night and finish Snowdon on Sunday in Wales!
This is a tiring event and people participating should have the necessary fitness. We aim to complete each of the mountains within 3-6 hours; however this will depend upon the speed of the group.
Applications are now open to enter a team to represent AbleChildAfrica!
Apply for an AbleChildAfrica Charity Place
Apply for a Charity Place to climb the three peaks on the organiser’s website. Once your entry has been confirmed, we would be delighted to have you join the AbleChildAfrica team!
You’ll need to pay a £399 entry fee and pledge to raise a minimum of £500 (excluding Gift Aid) until 10-days before your departure date.
When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome pack that has everything you need to know about fundraising, including lots of fun ideas and helpful tips. We recommend you break your target into manageable chunks and create a plan to help you reach your goals.
You can create your own online fundraising page – it’s the easiest way to get sponsored. Let everyone know why you’re taking part and update your page with photos and videos. Share your page on Facebook, Twitter and by email so your family, friends and colleagues can sponsor you.
